How many times have you tried to get rid of your precious paper planner and just use your iPhone to keep track of all your college to-dos and schedule?

How many times have you switched back to your Erin Condren Life Planner?

The amount of times I tried are comical.  That was until I found THE BEST online productivity tool for us paper planners.

TRELLO!!!

This is one of the most beautiful and intuitive productivity applications I have ever used.  I first started using it to manage the release of Rock@College my step-by-step blueprint for getting better grades without the stress.

I told my bestie about it and she has been using it ever since to organize all her projects, papers and reading in graduate school. Which of course prompted me to play around with it as a college organization app.

In this week’s episode of Soulful Studies Sunday, I am sharing with you How to use Trello for college organization and Productivity.

4 ways to use Trello to Skyrocket Your Productivity:

1. College Success Hub: Keep track of things to buy for back to school, your major graduation plan, keep all your syllabi in one place, take pictures of your class schedule and store it in Trello for quick access.

2. Paper/Speech/Presentation Management: Need to organize or brainstorm a paper, speech or presentation? Keep track of all the steps and things that need to happen in Trello.

3. Weekly Game Plan: Trello has a great calendar feature that you can use as your weekly schedule and task manager. Keep track of all your exam due dates, daily schedule and top 3 tasks.

4. Group Project Management: One of the worst things about group projects is that you’re always waiting on people to hold up their end of the deal and trying to get everyone together can be tough.  Within Trello you can add all your group members to a board, keep track of whose responsible for what and see whose already completed their part. You can even invite your professor, so they will be able to see if everyone is participating. This will further keep everyone accountable to do their work.
